Artichoke Hummus


Makes 3 cups


1 (19 oz) can chickpeas
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons Magic Salt-Free Sugar-Free Lemon and Cracked Pepper OR Creole Seasoning

Suggested Toppings:
goat or feta cheese crumbles
chopped mixed olives
diced roasted red peppers
olive oil, for drizzling

How To Prepare

Drain the chickpeas and artichoke hearts and place into a food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and all ingredients are mixed well.

Remove to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour, or until ready to serve.

Serve with warmed naan or pita bread, flour tortillas, or pita chips.
