Corned Beef Hash


Makes 4-6 servings


3 tablespoons butter, unsalted
2 tablespoons olive oil
1½ cups yellow onion, diced
1½ cups green bell pepper, diced
1 pound white rose potatoes, diced
1½ cups prepared corned beef, cubed
1½ tablespoons Blackened Redfish Magic®
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

How To Prepare

Heat butter and oil together in a large skillet over medium high heat. When butter is melted, add onion and bell pepper, and sauté for 2 minutes. Add diced potatoes and cook for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat to medium, mix in the corned beef and Blackened Redfish Magic®, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately as a side dish or main course topped with fried or poached eggs.
