Been using these seasonings for as long as I can remember and then moved from Louisiana to Texas where they are harder to find. I buy in bulk and pretty much use Paul’s seasonings every meal. I also cater smoked meats part time and get rave reviews. Lastly, if you havent been to Paul’s flagship restaurant in the Quarter then get yourself down there. Kpauls. Best meal you will EVER have.

Unreal results utilizing this on venison and wild game, especially elk. Searing the exterior as t high heat, crusting the meat and slowly cooking the extra lean game is incredible with this seasoning. It\\\’s all I use!!

my grocery store no longer carries it. i miss it. it is addicting. i would have to buy 2 at a time because my friends would eat it strait from the container while waiting for the steaks to cook. its great for all meats.

People, be careful! You have taken this reportedly excellent spice blend down to 3 & 1/2 stars when it should have maintained 5 stars through all the reviews! I can’t wait to taste this blend!

I have been using Blackened Steak Majic as a rub on steak since I found out about it years ago. Whether a sirloin, strip, rib eye, what ever. Doesn’t matter. It’s the only way to grill or pan fry beef..period!

Anyone I have ever made a steak for using this seasoning has told me it is the best steak they have ever had. My girlfriend is a vegetarian, and she can not pass up eating a steak with this seasoning. I cant get enough of it. I use it on porter house’s like its my job.
