Ingredients

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
½ teaspoon sesame oil
4 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
4 thick-cut boneless pork loin chops
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Burger Magic®

How To Prepare

In a small bowl, mix the butter, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger together. Scoop into a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log. Secure the ends and place into refrigerator to chill and harden.

Once the butter is hardened, remove from plastic wrap, then cut into 8 disks and set aside.

Rub the porkchops with the oil and season each with 1½ teaspoons Burger Magic®.

Place the chops into an air fryer basket and cook at 390°F for 11 minutes.

Pause the air fryer, place 2 disks of the seasoned butter on each chop and cook for another 4 minutes.

Remove from the air fryer and let stand for at least 5 minutes before serving.
