1 lb ground turkey (85/15)
1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Poultry Magic®
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard

How To Prepare
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Using your hands, mix until fully incorporated, then form into 4 patties.
Place burger patties into the air fryer. Cook at 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from air fryer and serve hot on a bun with your favorite toppings.
