Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon + ½ teaspoon Seafood Magic® OR Blackened Redfish Magic®
4 (4- to 5-ounce) flounder fillets
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon + ½ teaspoon Seafood Magic® OR Blackened Redfish Magic®
4 (4- to 5-ounce) flounder fillets
How To Prepare
Preheat oven on the BROIL setting.
In a small sauce pan, heat butter, lemon juice and Seafood Magic over low heat.
While butter is melting, place the flounder fillets onto a sheet pan or in a baking dish.
When lemon butter sauce is melted and fully combined, carefully brush each fish fillet with the sauce.
Place sheet pan into the oven and broil for 5 minutes or until fillets are cooked through.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
