Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Makes about 6 servings


1½ pounds sweet potatoes, cleaned and sliced into ⅛-inch rounds
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Magic French Fry Seasoning®
Magic Fry Sauce , for serving

How To Prepare

Preheat grill to 425 °F.

In a large mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and Magic French Fry Seasoning®. Mix well, then add the sliced sweet potatoes and stir together until each piece is coated.

When grill is ready, add the sliced sweet potatoes and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and place on a wire rack with baking sheet underneath to catch any drippings.

Serve warm with Magic Fry Sauce .
