Garlic Waffle Fries

Makes 4 servings


oil for frying
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
½ teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon minced garlic
12 ounces frozen waffle fries
1 teaspoon Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Meat Magic®
2 teaspoons minced parsley

How To Prepare

In a small sauce pot, melt butter with olive oil and garlic over low heat. Keep on low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside and keep warm. Cook waffle fries in a deep fryer according to package instructions. When done, drain well and place in a bowl. Add reserved garlic butter, Meat Magic® and parsley and toss to coat. Serve hot.
