Makes about 2 cups


1 tablespoon chopped garlic
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup tahini
1 tablespoon Magic Salt Free Seasoning®
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained, or 1½ cups cooked chickpeas
¼ cup olive oil

How To Prepare

Add the garlic and lemon juice to a food processor and mix for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the tahini and mix for more 2 minutes. Add the Magic Salt Free Seasoning® and chickpeas, mix for 3 to 4 minutes. Gradually add in the olive oil and continue mixing until fully combined.

Serve with pita, fresh vegetables or as a spread on a sandwich or wrap.
