This seasoning does some amazing things to red meat. Very strong flavor, just how I like it. Sprinkle it on steak that has been cooked medium and cut in small pieces, no need for other commercial steak sauces.
This is the best for all burgers, steaks, oven baked veggies, you name it. Less expensive cuts of beef, 2 cups au jus, Chef Paul\\\’s seasoning, 24 minutes in pressure cooker = absolutely to die for tender beef. This is a great universal powerhouse seasoning blend. Must try.
