1 (12-inch) par-baked pizza crust
5 oz pizza sauce
1½ cups shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese
4-5 oz Hot or Regular Andouille Smoked Sausage, cut into ⅛” slices (about 18 slices)

How To Prepare
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place crust on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over crust, leaving a 1” border around the crust without sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the sauce, then top with andouille rounds. Shake Herbal Pizza & Pasta Magic® over the top, then place into the oven.
Bake for about 16 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven, cut into 8 slices and serve immediately.
