Ingredients
3 tablespoons Magic Chile Lime Seasoning™
1 fresh jalapeno, seeds removed, small diced
1 red bell pepper, small diced
1 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped, with juice
2 cups milk
1-lb Velveeta Queso Blanco, cubed
1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¼ cup thinly sliced green onions (optional, for garnish)

How To Prepare
Add Magic Chile Lime Seasoning™, fresh jalapeno, red bell pepper, pickled jalapenos, and milk to a 4-quart pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Add in the Velveeta, Pepper Jack and cheddar cheeses. Whisk until cheeses are fully melted and combined.
Carefully pour into a large serving bowl, garnish with green onions (optional), and serve immediately.
