Cincinnati Chili

Makes about 4 servings

Ingredients

1 tablespoon canola oil
½ cup chopped yellow onion
2 pounds ground beef (85/15 or 80/20)
¼ cup Magic Chipotle Seasoning™
1 teaspoon Meat Magic®
1 (2oz) square unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
2 (14.5 ounces) cans low sodium beef broth
cooked spaghetti or other pasta, for serving

SUGGESTED TOPPINGS:
shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
sliced green onions
diced onion
pickled jalapenos
oyster crackers
sour cream

How To Prepare

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. When oil starts to shimmer, add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 6 minutes.

Add ground beef and cook, breaking up into small pieces, until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat. Add Magic Chipotle Seasoning™, Meat Magic®, chocolate, vinegar, tomato sauce and beef broth. Stir to mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Serve immediately over cooked pasta and your favorite toppings.
