Cincinnati Chili

Makes about 4 servings

1 tablespoon canola oil
½ cup chopped yellow onion
2 pounds ground beef (85/15 or 80/20)
¼ cup Magic Chipotle Seasoning™
1 teaspoon Meat Magic®
1 (2oz) square unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
2 (14.5 ounces) cans low sodium beef broth
cooked spaghetti or other pasta, for serving

shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
sliced green onions
diced onion
pickled jalapenos
oyster crackers
sour cream

How To Prepare

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. When oil starts to shimmer, add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 6 minutes.

Add ground beef and cook, breaking up into small pieces, until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat. Add Magic Chipotle Seasoning™, Meat Magic®, chocolate, vinegar, tomato sauce and beef broth. Stir to mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Serve immediately over cooked pasta and your favorite toppings.
