Servings
Makes about 8 pancakes
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Chef Paul Prudhomme’s® Sweetie Magic
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 egg
1 2/3 cups whole mlk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup Chef Paul Prudhomme’s® Sweetie Magic
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 egg
1 2/3 cups whole mlk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
How To Prepare
Preheat a large non-stick skillet or griddle on medium heat. In a large bowl, whisk flour, Sweetie Magic, baking powder, and salt until well mixed. In a separate bowl, beat egg for a few seconds until blended. Add the milk, butter and vanilla to the egg and whisk until thoroughly combined. Pour into flour mix and whisk just until incorporated - DO NOT OVERMIX. Spray pan or griddle with cooking spray and ladle ¼ cup of the mix and let cook until golden brown and bubbles are forming in middle of pancake. Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot.
