Goat Cheese & Sundried Tomato Spread

Makes about 2 cups


1 cup goat cheese, room temperature
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons Magic Salt Free Seasoning®
¼ cup chopped sundried tomatoes (in oil)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest

How To Prepare

In a bladed mixer or food processor, add the goat cheese and cream cheese, mix for 3 to 4 minutes. Until smooth. Add Magic Salt Free Seasoning®, sundried tomatoes, basil, lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix for 2 to 3 minutes or until tomatoes are broken down and all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Scrape into a bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Allow to come to room temperature before serving. Best served with chips, warm pita, fresh vegetables or as a spread for a sandwich or wrap.
