Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup onion, ¼-inch diced
1 cup celery, ¼-inch diced
½ cup green bell pepper, ¼-inch diced
½ pound ground beef (93/7 or 90/10)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, no salt added
¼ cup unsalted beef stock
3 tablespoons Chef Paul Prudhomme's Salt-Free Sugar-Free Sweet Basil & Tarragon Seasoning™
2 teaspoons Chef Paul Prudhomme's Salt-Free Sugar-Free Sweet & Spicy Seasoning™

How To Prepare
Preheat a 3-quart pan or braising pan and add oil. When oil is heated, add onion, celery, and green bell pepper and sauté until onions begin to brown on the edges. Add ground beef and sauté until beef is browned and cooked through. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, beef stock and both seasonings. Mix until well combined, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Take off the lid to reduce until sauce reaches desired thickness (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat and serve hot over spaghetti.
