Makes 2 dozen
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup Sweetie Magic®
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup granola
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup dates, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup Sweetie Magic®
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup granola
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup dates, coarsely chopped
How To Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in small bowl. In a mixer on medium speed beat butter, Sweetie Magic®, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add dates let sit for 5 minutes, then mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips, granola, coconut, and walnuts.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
