Meat Magic Burgers

2 meat magic burgers fully dressed on a chop board with waffle fries around them



Makes 4 burgers


2 teaspoons onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 pound 80/20 ground beef
1 tablespoon Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Meat Magic®
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

How To Prepare

Add the Meat Magic®, garlic powder and Kosher salt to a small bowl and mix well. Place the ground beef in a medium mixing bowl and flatten down to about a ½-inch thick. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the meat, then add the Worcestershire sauce. Gently fold together several times until evenly mixed, then let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Portion into 4 patties and cook in a non-stick sauté pan or grill to desired temperature. Serve immediately with your favorite burger toppings.
