Savory Oatmeal Breakfast Bowls

We cooked these oats with shallots, bacon and stock for a break from the traditional oatmeal breakfast!  We then topped them with a couple of eggs for a protein and fiber-rich meal you can eat any time of the day!  The savory oatmeal even makes a great side dish for other proteins like grilled pork chops, steaks or ham!

Shakshuka with Andouille Smoked Sausage

Shakshuka is a Mediterranean dish of eggs lightly baked into a spicy tomato, onion and pepper sauce. We seasoned this with our Salt-Free Sugar-Free Magic Creole Seasoning, then added Chef Paul’s Andouille Smoked Sausage and feta cheese for a heartier meal that’s still light enough to serve during the warm summer months. Don’t forget your side of crusty bread or pita – you’ll want to scoop up every last bite!

This simple recipe can be altered to use your favorite Magic Seasoning Blend, but we love it with the Magic French Fry Seasoning!
